In this, the last edition of Moving the Needle in CY2023, we are pleased to feature Mr. Jayesh Ranjan – a 1992 batch IAS officer, who has been involved in policy formulation, as well as attracting new investments in the state of Telangana, over the last few years.  
 
As we bid 2023 goodbye, it is important to reflect on the past and prepare for the future. In this edition while we look back at the wins that India witnessed in technology per se, we also look at the critical areas like logistics, sustainable infrastructure, climate and health financing as well women led development, all of which will take up more space in the coming years.
